The above reviewer seems a bit shortsided. A computer/calculator isn't going to do you much good if your cabin has just been flooded and all your electronics are fried. I can guarantee you that all competent deep sea navigators have a book like this and a sextant, just in case. It's a small price to pay to find your way out of the middle of the Atlantic.
