The height I was concerned about but this does not drag on the ground. It could easily fit at least 31x31 too. I would certainly purchase this again. Only time will tell if it fades like others I've had. Hope not.Material is thicker than thought it would be and overall seems like it will hold up for long time.Fits perfect and has buckles to attach to the legs.Perfect for fit on our propane fire pitPerfect...in size, durability, and extra features! I would love patio furniture covers in the same brand but can't seem find them.
