Proctor Silex 45040 40-Cup (1.6 Gallon) Stainless Steel Coffee Urn - Perfect for Large Gatherings, Offices, and Catering Events

This coffee urn is a piece of junk. It worked for a only three months and then the middle rod broke right in half. It is definitely not commercial grade. That is a joke. I have purchased products from Proctor Silex and from Hamilton Beach, which is apparently the same company, before and had nothing but problems. I purposely bought Proctor Silex this time because I always have problems with the Hamilton Beach coffee makers, only to find out that they are the same company and not any better quality. I would not recommend this to anyone.
