Measure your table, lip included and you’re good to go on this. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because it doesn’t wipe up easily. If it’s wet is gets, rough or something.. it’s fabric so obviously is not going to wipe off like plastic but it feels like a worn out vintage shirt.. looks great though. Not rough to the touch when your sitting around the table though. Washing the in washing machine fine, just don’t dry it with heat! I’ve washed it several times! Not shiny, true to color, fits as described.
