I originally ordered this product in gray and unfortunately it arrived damaged. Customer service offered me multiple options to rectify the problem. I chose to receive a replacement and asked for a different color and they complied. I appreciate this products easy assembly and sturdiness. Thank you for a great customer experience.Got this mainly for the color. It’s not going to be some sturdy family heirloom that gets hauled through multiple moves, but I knew that going in and the quality was as expected. Ordering furniture items is always a risk that pieces will arrive broken and then you’ve got to try to box it back up and haul it back somehow for a return. Luckily, all pieces arrived in good shape. Only two complaints are 1) they didn’t install receivers on one of the pieces, so I had to go to the hardware store and get those so there was something to screw the screws into for one of the shelves 2) even after tightening all the screws there were still gaps between the middle shelves (pictured) but it doesn’t show from a distance. All in all it works for what i neededThe best thing about this is the customer service. The actually piece looks good from a distance. The closer you get, the easier it is to see the cheap build. Still, it works perfectly as a temporary piece until you can afford an upgrade.I️ little heavy while in the box. Assembly process seemed straight forward. Found the instructions after I️ finished.Only complaint are the draw glides. They are cut into the side of the drawer, rather than metal extenders. I️ would pay for a quality drawer guide.Will try to add pix, Amazon app won’t let me pick more than one relevant pictureI love it looks really niceLove the quality and the look.
